The complex Kassavetis Center is located in the heart of Limin Hersonissos providing spacious studios and apartments.




The complex Kassavetis Center is located at the heart of Limenas Hersonissos right in front of the central road and the beach, includes two hotel units providing spacious Studios and Apartments. The 1st unit named Knossos includes 42 studios & 26 apartments at the floors and 12 studios & 3 apartments at the ground floor. The 2nd unit named Festos includes 44 studios & 11 apartments at the floors and 6 studios & 6 apartments at the ground floor. Additionally there is one more smaller hotel unit with 5 studios and 14 apartments located at the best beach points with fantastic sea view and they get served by the main complex.


All units of the complex provide lots of facilities and guest-services. Every studio and apartment has a private bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, water boiler, oven, TV, air-condition (heat or cool 24 hours), safe box (on charge ), hairdryer and large balcony. The ground floor rooms have their own personal space at the front from 4 to 12 square meters. It also offers receptions in both units for 24h, safety boxes free ( on charge) for each room and lounge area.


At the complex there are 5 swimming pools (two of them heated) of different size and architecture, 4 at the ground floor and 1 at the second floor. Also 3 pool bars and snack restaurant area. Additionally there is an entertainment and conference hall in semi-lower ground floor with 300 people capacity. The rest of the area at the ground floor includes shops and stores. The complex is next to bus stop (towards Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos) and taxi station. Also it is right in front of the sea and next to all the nightclubs, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops of L.Hersonissos.
